‘The Game’ is one of the most interesting movie which I have ever watched. Besides being interesting, it is also bewildering because the characters and events can change suddenly. Altough I think that the movie is not a game until the end of it, I understand that it is really a game in the last scene of it. As I said, in my opinion, it is clear that te movie is really a game from beginning to end.
The most clear scene which shows us it is a game is the last scene of it. As you remember, in the end, actors and Nicolas’s brother make a surprising party, altough some times ago Nicolas shoot his brother mistakenly and commits a suicide. While he thinks that everything is gone and he is in the last of road, he finds himself in another game; in surprising party. The fact that his brother comes with a bottle of wine and says ‘happy birthday’ shows us it is game.
Then, the other scene which shows us all events are only a game is the scenes of Cristina. For instance, she approachs to Nicolas as a waiter firstly, but then she confesses that she is working for CRS. As we know CRS is a game company so, it is impossible to say that it is not a game.
However, some people who watch this film can think it is not a game because some scenes of it are really persuasive and actors are very talented. Especially, Nicolas’s brother acts as if it was real. For instance, the scene of his death is so much beliavable that even I think for a while if it is really a game or not. But in any way, from the general perspective of the movie, one can easily understand that it is only a game.
Consequently, ‘The Game’ is really fascinating movie. For some scene, you can think that it is not a game, but it is clearly true that the movie is really game from beginning to end as explained above.

SUBSTRUCTURE MATTER in NEVSEHİR
Altough almost every country in Turkey has subtructure, Nevsehir’s substructure problem hasn’t been solved yet. As we all know that substructure is the main need of a country. It is also clear that defiency of it can cause many problems both physical and moral in people’s
life.
First of all, let’s think for a while... what happens, if it rains heavily? It is easy to answer: flood. Many people’s house are full of water and many things of house’s are destroyed by the flood. Not only the houses but also offices, markets and cafes are also damaged. As people’s life environments are damaged, they can’t go on their normal life. Furthermore, many creatures such as birds, dogs and cats are also damaged besides people. So, we can say that defiency of subtructure can cause the life paralyzed.
After flood, water can’t be absorbed by the ground. This becomes one the most important reason of growing bacteria in the area. As bacteria grow, many contagious illnesses appear. That’s why many people get sick after the flood. Again we can say that subtructure problem can
damage many people’s health.

I WANT A HUSBAND
Every single girl wants a husband in their dreams. Acording to them, a husband who
they want should both lovely and have some features which make the girl satisfy. As for my opinion, a husband in my dreams should be the hero of my love and social life.
I want a husband who should take care of my social life. Wharever his job is, he
should respectful to my statu and he shouldn’t compete with me. He should, also, respectful to my social entertainment. I can go out with own friends whenever and wherever I want. Then, when my friends come to my home, he should help and take care of the needs of my friends so that I and my friends feel comfortable. He should, sometimes, be aware of my needs of loneliness so that I can stay with myself.
I want a husband who will be hero of my love. He should always be loyal to me and
sympathize with me. Needless to say, he should be monogamy. As I am jealous, I should be apple of his eyes so that he shouldn’t see another girl. I would rather him said to me that he
is bored with me instead of deceiving me! I don’t want him to have love affairs. So we can make some innovation in our life.

THE BEST TREATMENT
When we’re ill, of course we want to heal immediately, so we use every way of treatment whether it’s conventional or unconventional without thinking .But ,in my opinion unlike the Hermansons people shoud use conventional treatment.
As you understand from the Hermansons’ story, people shouldn’t ignore the affects of medical treatment.If the Hermansons ‘ had taken their girl to doctor, their daughter would have lived. But instead of that, they waited for realizing their prays. Then, think yourself, your life and our ages; our techonology of medicine is so improved that we don’t need any alternative medicine; and we don’t need to give any priority to our belief, firstly we should go doctor and then we should pray, while we have certain cure.What I mean is that we should use our beliefs like a supporter of medical treatment.However, some people,especially Christians Scientists, believe that the only healer is the God .Of course ther are some mistakes in medicine and people can die under the medical tretment , but as you see in Hermonsons’ story , our belief are not enough to cure our illnesses.
In conclusıon, we, as human beings, can be ill in any time of our lives but the most important thing is that which treatment we use in our illness. So, while we have such a great medicine, it is worthless to use only our beliefs for treatment.

WHAT DIFFERENT MOVIES
When I watched both movies,I thought that they are absolutely different from each other in three ways.Firstly, their themes are very different;while the theme of Angela's Ashes is to struggle with the hardships of life and to survive,Miracle Worker's theme is to be determined and have self-confidence.They also differ in the features of protogonists.Unlike Franki,in Agela's Ashes,Annie,teacher in Miracle Worker,is more determined to achieve and she never gives up.For instance,in one scene of Angela's Ashes,Franki earned some money,but instead of giving that money to his mother, he went to drink as his father did.This shows that Franki is not as determined as Annie.Then,their messages to audience are different,too.In contrast to message of Angela's Ashes,Miracle Worker's message is persevarence to achieve what we want.In conclusion,altough both of them are very nice movies,Miracle Worker is more impressive than Angela's Ashes in three ways,as I mentioned before.

SMALL BUT ATTRACTIVE (revised descriptive essay)
"When you think general landscape of Turkey,you can see Blacksea Region has plenty of green areas than others.Thanks to my sister's engagement,I had a chance to see marvelous landscape of Tokat.It is a small city but has both natural and artificial beatuies .
Tokat gains its natural beatuies from its green areas such as green high plateau.This is usual for those people living there but as i live in the middle of Turkey,it is unbelievably exiciting beause I have never seen such green areas that it seems vast.Furthermore,when you watch Niksar from high point,you feel as if you were flying and charmed by its influences on you.Other beauty is the Cave of Ballıca.In order to enter the Cave,you must climb a lot of steps then you go inside of it.While going down,you walk on the snake_like long ways.If i am not wrong,its dept is about 95 meters.Both sides of and its hill have different shapes like icy cistern but it is made up of stone and its surfaces are always wet because of its atmosphere.While walking, you feel as if you were in unusual distant places from the world because its cosy atmosphere and comfortable effects make you happy and relax.After going out,you encounter other unbelievable landscape: its natural location and you are again charmed by fresh air provided by huge green mountains which sorround the Cave.
To sum up,you can travel many attractive places for holiday,moreover,Tokat is not in your plan,as it is not on the seaside;nevertheless,these natural beatuies such as Cave of Ballıca and green lands shouldn't be ignored and absolutely a person ought to see once in his/her life so that it adds something which is not wortless for life.

CAUSES OF STRESS AMONG COLLEGE STUDENTS
Your life changes suddenly when you come to collge;you encounter many new things such as new faces,new places...Many of them are cause of stress on you but basicly, financial,social, and emotional problems can cause stress.
When you realize that you are alone from now on,you have to live on by yourself with limited money.It will be okey if you are supported by extra scholarship but if not so, it will be a big problem which causes stress because you have think every step of yours and expense.You focus on the least expense as you can do as your money has to be enough for next month.As a resut your life turn out to be a stressfull life.
Your social life changes as you meet your new classmates and roommates without knowing who they are.It is inevitable real that you need friends in order to share feelings but as your past social life is different from new,you are confused and you have to think whether trust them or not.You are in hardships about adaptation to new social life;thus, this causes you to be stressfull.
Last one is emotional problems which most students mostly experiences.This problem increases with every negative events.Furthermore,in the simplest negative event you are tend to be stressful as you are in the most delicate time in which you are alone and far away from family and friends.You feel that you are under the pressure of all responsibilities which you take.So, your psychology makes you stressful.
In conclusion,it is not easy to be on your own in a foreign place and there are many responsibilities which you must take.You can faces financial,social and emotional problem which lead you to stress which is mostly deterrent,when you come to college.

RAMADAN FESTIVAL
We,as a nation,have many religious festivals and we are so close to them that in every turn we celebrate them with the same happiness.One of the most popular one is Ramadan Festival,it is also known as 'candy festival'because we mostly eat candies,sweets and baklavas as we celebrate it after the fast month.A week before Ramadan Festival,we start to prepare ourselves,our stomoach to eat those sweet things and our homes for guests.
As beginning, we start to preparations with our homes since we think that when guest come their first attention goes to appearence of our homes.So as to make our homes attractive,curtains are washed,armchairs are cleaned and new carpets are spreaded,that is,we cleaned all around our homes carefully.Then also,we make our homes more attractive with nice scents and some ornaments such as flowers which are special for festval.Thus,our home is eye cathcing for guests.
Following preparation is ourselves which is as important as homes.A week before festival, we go to shopping in order to buy new clothes and mainly children want new clothes because in Festival,they enjoy themselves very much by gathering candies so, they want to seem eye chatcing.In the first day,we wake up early,wear those new clothes and have breakfast with them.So, to wear new clothes shows that Ramadan Festival is vey important for us.

TYPES OF MUSİC (classification)
What kind of music do you listen?There are many kinds of music which we listen while doing something for example while doing house works or diving a car.During this time,musics which we listen show our mood.So we can say that people listen music according to their psychological position and we can classify the music in terms of its rhtym.
First type is slow music whose rhtym is the lowest and which is the most emtional one.These kind of music are listened when one feels loneliness and unhappiness and mostly when one falls in love with smo.In addition,people who listen this kind of music are more pessimistic and unhappy with their life.Furthermore,they are silent and passive in social life.
Second type is pop music.Its rhtym is higher than slow music so,people listening to this kind of music are more active and cheerful.Besides,these people know how to be happy even in the worst time because they like living and they are aware of being sorry for temporary things is meaningless so they focus on the moment they live.Thus,life becomes nice for them.
Third type is rock music which has the highest rythm and it is mostly listened by young people because only they can bear its high tempo;moreover,when you ask an older person how this music is s/he only says that this is not music, this is only noise.In addition,people listening this music are aggrassive and can easily get angry due to its hard tempo.

UNIVERSTY ENTRANCE EXAM (OSS)
Many high school students who want to go on their career have to pass the most impotant exam,oss,in their life.To achieve this exam,students have to study more and more.Maybe too much studying make the consequences positive.However,students are affected both psychological and physical because of Oss's stressful process.
Firstly,the students exposure the psychological effections which is deterrent may times for most students.For instance,if a student thinks that this exam lasts only 3 hours and 15 seconds and i have to study all the subject from the easiest to the most diffucult one.So,how does an exam which is short but the the most important in my life drive my future?Thus,this situation change his/her perspective to Oss and damage to to his/her performance;furthermore,Oss becomes deterrent and he/she does not want to study for a long time.
Then,Oss affects the students' physical health.I can easily remember that one of my friend from high school had to wear glasses because she was studying so much that she could not even aware of time and after some time she had an illness of eyes and still she is wearing glasses and may be in the future she will go on wearing.So, we can understant that Oss gave harm my friend's eyes.
It is true that Oss is a kind of exam which should be passed in order to get a promising job.Moreover,many thinks that Oss is an easy one among the international exams.However,as understood from my authentic examples,even if they are the simplest one,it can not be denied Oss is not as good as thougth.Instead of thinking like that we all should face consequences of Oss.
I think, government should make some changes which make it easier.If so,students pay attention to it more eagerly and they will happy with their destiny.As it is an inevitable real,government has to do its best for the future of our nation.

THE SILVER BARETTE(orijinal example of descriptive essay)
My index finger traces along the cool silver edges of the barrette, mindlessly, stroking the smooth round backs of the curled-in waves along its perimeter. Except for the the occasional dull points jutting forth along the edges, nothing disturbs my inner thoughts as I gaze out my window.
As my finger tenderly caresses the surface of the barrette, I look down, staring intently at the barrette's ornate design, noting the tousled silver curls undulating restlessly. Yet, upon careful observation of this squirming lake of waves, there persists a definite symmetrical pattern of repetitions vertically and horizontally. The barrette is longer lengthwise with a red oval disk at its center. The disk, coated with a smooth, clear, glossy plastic, resembles a woman's fingernail painted over with a lustrous, red fingernail polish. Glints of light reflect off the crimsom plastic defining the golden outline and the inner details of each rose petal. One can not help but notice that the red plastic coating is chipped at the bottom where my younger sister had dropped the barrette one day, baring a coppery-golden metal with fine, raised edges of the rose etching underneath. At times, I wondered randomly how it was that glints of the light reflecting off the plastic allowed the outlines of the rose etching to be seen, until the plastic was chipped did I realize how it was that the rose could be seen.
As I again brush the edges of the silver barrette, memories of a dream that I had resurface. It was a dream where I was given this same barrette by someone I could not see and I had examined this barrette carefully, noting the rose etching at the center. I remember turning the barrette on its back and I had thought it was a pin because of its long, needle-like clasp at the back. Later that year, during the summer, my uncle gave me the barrette that looked like the pin in my dream. As I idly continue to finger the perimeter of my barrette, I am reminded that I am one who lives her life on the edges of reality, absorbed in a surreal world where destiny meets the mystery of the inexplicable down the winding path of dreams.

TWO APPEALING PLACES TO LİVE!
As going out from my hometown,Nevsehir,and seeing different places,i have a chance to see how Nevsehir is similar or different from that places which i visit.Since from now on,i live in Denizli mostly, i always compare it to Nevsehir,so I can easily say that altough they have a lot of common points at the first sight,they differ in some points,that is, they are both similar and different.
There are many reason why Nevsehir seems like Denizli.Firstly, both of them are small cities and are not crowded so much;thus,in both cities you can easily listen yourself and relax.Secaondly,both of them have a reminder name,that is, when you hear something about Nevsehir,you come up with Cappodocia immediately,because fairy chimneys are in Nevsehir and when hear Denizli,you remind its textile.Thirdly,Both of them have fresh air thanks to their clear atmosphere;while Denizli gets it with its huge green montains,Nevsehir gains it since it hasn't got so many factory and heavy traffic.As you see they are very similar, both of them are attractive for me to live.
Despite of their similarities ,these cities are different from each other to some extent.First of all,their daily life is different because Denizli is a Mediterranean city and its weather conditions are different and because of this,people of Denizli more relax than Nevsehir's people.What i want to say is that people's mood during day time changes.Then,from attractiveness aspect,altough they are both attractive but,in my opinion,Nevsehir is more attractive than Denizli,because Nevsehir is a touristic place and attracts many tourist both native and foreign.Even if they are different,both of them provide me unforgettable experiences in my life.
Consequently,As living in both cities,i like them very much and they are my favorite places to live which i never say "no!", so both of them are unique and indispensable for me.
There are many reason why Nevsehir seems like Denizli.Firstly, both of them are small cities and are not crowded so much;thus,in both cities you can easily listen yourself and relax.Secaondly,both of them have a reminder name,that is, when you hear something about Nevsehir,you come up with Cappodocia immediately,because fairy chimneys are in Nevsehir and when hear Denizli,you remind its textile.Thirdly,Both of them have fresh air thanks to their clear atmosphere;while Denizli gets it with its huge green montains,Nevsehir gains it since it hasn't got so many factory and heavy traffic.As you see they are very similar, both of them are attractive for me to live.

OTHER SIDE OF UNUSUAL MARRIAGE
In our days,marriage to foreign people is so common that we adopt it immediately without thinking its end.For instance,a month ago one of my relatives living in England married to a foreign girl.In my opinion,this is unusual and should be prevented to some extent.I mean,while deciding a marriage to another culture,we must think how it will go and what couple will live in their following life.
Marrying to someone from another culture is a diffucult marriage because when you marry to a foreign person,the only common point between you is the love,but as known,marriage requires plenty of responsibility apart from love.For example,when you talk about an important issue,your husband or wife should understand what you want to tell but he /she will understand only to some piece of your words.This is one of the problem of it.Other one is cultural conflict:Person who will marry to you is from different culture,so maybe things which you know as true are wrong for him/her.Furthermore,after ignoring these kind of problem,you'll marry and have a baby.You'll conflict about even its name because you have right want to give its name but it is the same as your wife or husband.Many people can think these kind of marriage isn't diffucult and these problems can be ignored;however,when they think its following days,they can easily notice that it will transform a big problematic marriage.

SMALL BUT ATTRACTIVE
When you think general landscape of Turkey,you can see Blacksea Region has plenty of green areas than others.Thanks to my sister's engagement,I had a chance to see marvelous landscape of Tokat.It is small city but has both natural and artificial beatuies.
Tokat gains its natural beatuies from its green areas.This is usual for those people living there but as for me,it is unbelievably exiciting beause I haven't seen such green areas that it seems vast.Furthermore,when you look to Niksar from high point,you feel as if you were flying and charmed by its influences on you.Other beauty is the Cave of Ballıca.In order to enter the Cave,you must climb a lot of steps then you go inside of it.While going,you pass snake_like long ways.If i am not wrong,its dept is about 95 meters.Both side of and its hill have different shapes like icy cistern but it is made up of stone and its surfaces are always wet because of its atmosphere.While walking, you feel as if you were in unusual distant places from the world because its cosy atmosphere and comfortable affects make you relax.After go out,you encounter other unbelievable landscape: its natural location and you are again charmed by fresh air provided by huge green mountains which sorround the Cave.
To sum up,you can travel many attractive places for holiday,moreover,Tokat is not in your plan,as it is not near of any sea;nevertheless,these natural beatuies shouldn't be ignored and absolutely a person ought to see once in his/her life so that it adds something which is not wortless for life.
